Took the feedback and lowered price to $23K. Seems like that is a fair price given a roof repaint is ~$1K. Perhaps I am asking too much for pristine maintenance, LOL?
FWIW, I posted my '08 LC for sale at $25K and would appreciate the group's feedback on the price given its age, condition, and mods. I replaced this one with a 2019 model.

I have the same problem with my ‘08 200. Seems to be coming from the rear area. Maybe the tailgate/lift gate? I have sprayed silicon lubricant on all the hinges back there, but squeak is still there. Any ideas?
