Thanks, all. With your advice, I am going to keep the '08 and make the following upgrades to 'bring it up to speed'...
1. Install a GROM v2 to add apple/android functionality while keeping the same screen configuration; Toyota Land Cruiser 2020-2021 GROM VLine VL2 Infotainment System CarPlay...
Sounds like a silly question but has anyone upgraded from the early LC200 to the last iteration of the model? Reason I ask is that the '08 has been a solid beast and I've heard a couple of comments about dependability of the 2016+ models (transmission and tech). Are these comments just comments...
This should be an interesting thread. In short, I am considering the purchase of a FJ62 as a replacement to my ’08 LC200 (150K miles, stock except for Ironman Foamcell Pro 2” lift kit). Why? I just love the FJ62 looks and nostalgic feel. I also believe the 62 is a great ‘platform’ that can be...

Hi,
I am curious how the ARB springs have performed for you. I recently installed Ironman foam cells with the performance load springs. The back is noticeably higher. I’m thinking of either cranking up the front or swapping out the springs. Thank in advance for any insights you can offer.
I’m leaning that way. Keeping it would make for a much better rig since I can really modify it with the extra cash. Now the questions are:
ironman or OME suspension?
ARB or Ironman front replacement?
I am contemplating whether or not to modify (Ironman Foam 2” lift, full front bumper and rack) or trade in for 2016. I have 135K miles on my 2008. I know this is a bit of a silly question but curious of thoughts on a $4K upgrade or spend $30K (after trade) for a newer model. GO!
