Interesting when I go to the Vehida link above the price shows $2150 AUD and then if I refresh it goes to $1954 AUD. Then less the 7% coupon and plus $85 shipping, it comes to $1902.73 AUD which is $1242.81 USD based on todays exchange rate...

@Romer, I’m following this. I meant to talk to you about this at COTR. At some point I’ll upgrade too. When I do, I’d like to wire the front at rear cameras differently that just reusing the OEM circuits to take advantage of better resolution...

I’ve had mine for about a year less than Romer. While it does have some annoying bugs at times, I’ve figured how to deal with them when they happen. All my steering wheel buttons and HVAC controls have always worked as well as my cameras. The...

Figured I’d start a new thread on this for posterity, rather than cluttering up my Towing or my Build thread… We were at Cruisers on the Rockies last week, finishing up Poughkeepsie and the wall when I noticed while descending hurricane Pass...

Geoff, Glad you made it home OK and everything is on track to be fixed. Here is a view of you following your trailer with Tim towing it leaving Silverton. Really glad you were able to drive your truck from Silverton to Golden. Enjoyed our...

As I said in the first post, I have owned one for almost 6 years and would recommend one. I just want to upgrade to a newer unit with Android Auto and more memory. I did buy from EC Off Road for more $$ than Phoenix since they seemed more...

I have a 2020 Android Head Unit I bought from EC Offroad and have been running it for 5.5 years. It doesn't have a lot of memory, doesn't connect well to my phone as a Hot Spot and doesn't have Android Auto I try and download Google Maps local...

I did it in a similar line with a rear locker, but over to the left starting and still putting that crevice in the middle of my hood and went right up, but that was last year and it was dry so slightly different conditions Traction was on rock...

On my 7 hour journey from Denver to Silverton, the head unit locked up several times and we t to a black screen. The music player kept pausing even after I closed the app and removed my phone. Once I Uninstalled the app it went back to working...

Two different uses. The 4R will be used for adventures where I know the terrain will be challenging. Like just about everything in Canyonlands. The Tacoma will be for longer "road trip" adventures where 4WD and clearance will occasionally be...

That is disappointing to hear such a big miss. I have been going there for 20 years and never had an issue

I started a search for a 17-19 200 series a couple of months ago. I'd been driving an F-250, which was great when loaded up and heading to the mountains in the summer, but frankly kind of sucked everywhere else (parking in Denver, capable off...

A couple of changes. First, I ditched the Dobinson 819V springs and replaced them with the 821V. I still didn't get enough lift for my liking, so I installed a 1/2" spacer too. I can live with this for now. Second, I had a lot of wind noise with...

I bought mine via ads on the internet. I think (not 100% sure) it was cruiserparts.net. Not sure if they are still around.. It has been 18 years since we did this so that is all I can tell you

I strongly recommend changing the canister. I had to replave mine 6 years into the LRA and it was a pain. It did last 6 years, but $500 to replace something with easy access even if it only adds a year or two would be worth it
