X2 on air, put the fitting back cleaned out, stick a nozzle on it and pressure it up, hopefully your hear bubbles at radiator. If its that full you might pull the heater fitting and see if its all full too.

FWIW, given the symptoms, you may have restricted flow, could be thermostat, pump, radiator ? If you look thru wngrog's threads he sorts the pulley, power steering pump, belt issue, IIRC there is a pulley for the ps pump that fits the wide belt.
Already got it in. With the bigger fan blade it was rubbing along one side of the shroud. Was able to oblong the bolt holes and slide the shroud over about 1/4" which cleared everything.
For those with smaller rigs, 40's, 70 series I did research to see which 270's were the lightest & shortest.
