    BFG KO2 Cracking at 10k

From reading the forums, I thought this was just possibly from a bad batch of tires. But it seems like its still going on and the way these seem to sell, I'd think they're not all from the same batch, no ? I am replacing tires soon and was considering these, but I'm losing my enthusiasm for them...

    Front sway bar bracket

Mine broke off last year. I had the guys who were installing my lift check it out and they found a Land Rover part that worked perfectly. The welded it in place and I haven't had any problems since. I'll try to snap a picture when I get a chance. Oz

AC or AC pulley whine, or something else?

Very possible. But my AC still blows ice cold and it's been like this for over 2 years now. I'm not throwing more money at it unless it actually breaks. Oz

    Traction Control issues

So I have another guy that I'm going to try to have look at it. I say try, because he's a couple of hours away. He had some good feedback for me and he comes highly recommended in these parts. One suggestion was to drive around with a gauge on it to see if any codes pop up ( assuming we could...

    Traction Control issues

So I just too a short ride to do an errand, and it happened again. So random. Coming to a stop, green trac light starts flashing and you can feel the brakes kicking in. Totally dry out. Very frustrating.

AC or AC pulley whine, or something else?

No change on mine. The whine happens whenever the AC kicks in. Easy enough to check, hit the AC button when you hear the whine and it goes away when you turn it off. I have noticed, recently, when it's really hot, the AC light flashes. I have to click it off and on for it to kick back in. Other...

    Traction Control issues

Agree, I just don't know where the wiring is that I should try and inspect. Thanks

    Traction Control issues

Hi guys, 02 Land Cruiser, ~140K miles, OME medium lift/Diff drop. 285 AT3's. I've been having some traction control gremlins lately. I did search and see that the consensus is a wheel speed sensor. But here's my story: I've owned the car for about 2 1/2 years, and about 40K miles. From day 1...

AC or AC pulley whine, or something else?

Mine does this too. It started sometime a year or so ago. I had it checked out and besides the noise, it works fine. Though I wouldn't say its normal. I had the truck for a few years and like I said, this started sometime last year.

    Tire opinions

Cooper Discoverer AT3's. Quiet, excellent in rain and snow and cost isn't too bad. I've used them offroad, in everything but really deep mud and they worked without a hiccup. I'd get another set.

    cb antenna through firewall pics

That's great, thanks for all the pics and details. I'm going to just pass the wire and attach the connector after. Thanks again

    cb antenna through firewall pics

Yeah, pics would be great. On the inside of the car, is it obvious where the wire is coming in? Or do you have to remove parts of the dash or glove box or whatever to pull it through? Thanks

    cb antenna through firewall pics

Hi guys, I've looked through a number of threads about mounting cb antenna's tp the front of the vehicle. I'm trying to find some good pics of the wire routing through the firewall into the car. I've read that you can wire it through an existing harness and I think I see which one it is. But it...

    Fog Light Bulb Replacement

Hi guys, Passenger side fog light is out. Looked in the manual and it says I should turn the socket counter-clockwise and it should basically pop out. It won't budge in either direction. Is there some other release or something else I need to be doing ? I did a search for some pics or a write...

    Temporary Sleep Platform

After reading the posts, I experimented a bit with my camp cot. I think this setup will be perfect for my needs. I have 2 of the 3 cot legs down and the third one folded and lying on the middle row. Everything folds up and could be setup in just a few minutes. Though, since I'm heading up solo...
