That was always one of those things I was interested in doing, but never did. I'd be curious to see what it says.

In inspecting it, I realized that it does in fact go to the engine block. There is a cable coming off the negative terminal that connects to the side of the engine bay and then a cable from there that goes to the block. I can't believe that I didn't notice it before. I've done the best...

Ok, well I haven't actually seen the part yet, so maybe I can get it done quickly. I was under the impression that I was going to be replacing the whole assembly, not just the plug.

My suggestion... Buy a trailer and keep the cruiser. You'll be eternally sorry if you sell it off. /Just my $0.02 (but the pennies are really tarnished anyway)

The fusible link is arriving later this afternoon by UPS, so it will go on Saturday afternoon. I also got a new Positive lead for the battery and will be switching that out as well. My negative lead was replaced relatively recently, so it should be fine. I've heard a lot of people saying that...
