I like those mount skids on the control arms. I had a friend make me something similar a few years back. Mine are not quite as nice as yours but they have held up well. It certainly is a good idea as those seem to take a bit of abuse.

Love my '98 but if I were goiing to buy a long-termer today I would go '01-'02 if I were starting over. VSC, post-trans issues, pre integrated climate control.

My tan '98 interior has tan floor mats in the same shade as the carpet.

Amigos: Is there a general consensus about how best to approach the deckplate mod for the air box? I don't find a deckplate thread in the FAQ's and the other searches I've done don't seem to point to any one thread or method that everyone seems to like. Thanks.
