Easy fix - heater blower resistor 24V HJ60

Figured it out, there was a cable breakage near the connector > seemingly the blower sometimes stopped while driving > no cooling of the resistor by the air flow in the ventilatie system > overzetting > damage...

Easy fix - heater blower resistor 24V HJ60

To my great annoyance the new OEM blower resistor burned through after less then one year. It is the "low speed cool". Can anybody tell me what the reason could be?

Easy fix - heater blower resistor 24V HJ60

I just not hold of an original 24V blower resistor 87138-90A00 (DENSO). I had to measure the resistance in the coils. Seemlingly my readings in the old post were not completely correct -> was difficult due to damage and old wiring. In the pictures the new part and the correct readings for each...

Wanted Window lift channels - HJ60

I need the channels only. Because shipping complete windows to Europe would be way to expensive ;).

Could you give me a price estimate for the four channels by sending me a PM? What is the condition of the channels?

Window lift channels badly rusted - 60 series

I would do an emission test at home and see if this would give problems with TUV. Everything else I would only convert if the TUV says it is necessary during the import procedure. Otherwise you are wasting money on something unnecessary while the TUV finds you need to convert something you...

Window lift channels badly rusted - 60 series

No, because I have an European car. But I don't think you need to change anything. Lots of American import cars driving around here.

Stuck door 60-series w/ power lock

Yesterday I suddenly was not able to open my front door (driver side) anymore. It was completely stuck and I could not open it from the inside, outside or with the key. Luckily I was able to remove the door trim from the inside. This gave me the ability to disconnect the solenoid and to pull...

Easy fix - heater blower resistor 24V HJ60

I did some searching on the internet and I think I found it under number 87138-90A00 as a DENSO part. Advantage: my replacement parts were only $6,- total and gave extra fun in repairing it.

Easy fix - heater blower resistor 24V HJ60

Resistance L -> M (5 ohm) was a correct measurement, because the coil was still intact (although I have replaced it). Resistance M -> H (4 ohm) was a broken coil, but measurement is more or less correct, because I could add up both parts of the broken coil. Resistance H -> EH (10 ohm) was...
