hmm, in my '04, never really noticed hill struggles. that includes "loaded for bear" trips to co from ca. I usually cruise at 65/70. I'm about to go on a massive hwy based trip around the west. I'll pay more attention and report back.

family: it would help us understand if you put rig specifics (year, etc) in your signature. are we talking 4 or 5sp tranny, newer motor, etc.

I echo "great trip last year". won't be making it this year, as headed to south dakota for a bike meetup. bald mountain lookout was epic, a must do imhop.

I can verify the above w/r factory. Mine is at the dealer (I know...) with lower ball joint showing its age. Only dearler option is replace control arm with big $$$. not trusting dealers, I will try an indy front end shop to replace only ball...
