Chris, that looks really cool. I can't decide on color. I have had Durabak send black and forest green. I don't want a black exterior and the forest green looked too bright. So, I asked them to send a paint swatch of all their colors. I'll keep you updated. Ken

Yooper, thanks for the info. 73FJ, I needed the two Jerry cans due to a trip distance. I cleaned them up real good so vapor smell wasn't a factor. I try to be as safety conscience as possible. The sandbags were in the wifes truck. Guess I need to make some more, huh? Good suggestion.

I'm wanting to build an ARB style bumper/bullbar for my 40. I have many encounters with deer and dont want to total my rig. What is your opinion of this style and how would it look with square tubing?

Thanks everyone for your posts. I have replaced the headlights and the problem still exists. High beams are what low is supposed to look like. I will do some tracing of wires and see if I can find out the problem.

I've got an issue that I've been trying to correct. My headlights on my 40 are dim. They do not get brighter with acceleration. I know that a bad ground can cause this but I've been unsuccessful in finding a bad ground. Any help or experience would be appreciated.
