I replaced the old master cylender on my fj45 last weekend with a new Aisin one from 4 wheel auto. It has a smaller bore than the one that was in there originally, so I need to adjust my brakes. I couldnt get 3 of them to budge so I took it to my mechanic to see if he could get them to move...

Are you measuring vacuum in psi? Usually it is measured in inches mercury IIRC, if your running 19in/hg then your doing just fine for vacuum.
