I used a small socket wrench + flex head and a few different sizes nut extractors. The more rusted ones required 11, others 12
Thanks for all the advice, I was able to get them off after a few hours of pain
No more check engine light! Only other difference I noticed was it instantly went to 800 rpm or whatever the standard idle is with AC on, instead of running at like 1300 rpm for a minute like before

I recently got a code 28 on my 1993 FZJ80 and I'm trying to replace the O2 Sensors with NTK
It's a really tight space and rusted and I'm afraid I'm going to round them off. I believe it should be a 12, but I can get an 11 and even a 10 on partly. Hammering is not possible because...
