    O2 sensor removal

I recently did mine who were rusted and posted some pics if you are interested: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/rusted-1993-o2-sensors.1225095/ I used a small socket wrench + flex head and a few different sizes nut extractors. The more rusted ones required 11, others 12

    Rusted 1993 O2 Sensors

Thanks for all the advice, I was able to get them off after a few hours of pain No more check engine light! Only other difference I noticed was it instantly went to 800 rpm or whatever the standard idle is with AC on, instead of running at like 1300 rpm for a minute like before Old vs new nuts...

Good evening, I recently got a code 28 on my 1993 FZJ80 and I'm trying to replace the O2 Sensors with NTK It's a really tight space and rusted and I'm afraid I'm going to round them off. I believe it should be a 12, but I can get an 11 and even a 10 on partly. Hammering is not possible because...

Thought PHH was leaking but it was actually coming from above, dripping down from under the manifold pipe above PHH. Thought it was the bypass water hose that goes into Throttle Body but that hose seemed fine once I got it out. Have to fill up with distilled water and see if I have a leak still...

    New 80 series buyer

Thanks for the reply I didn't. So they slowly push out over time? If that's true that would mean the pads are always pushing against the rotor disc? In my mind I thought they were off the rotor by a few mm and they only pushed against it when pushing the brake

    New 80 series buyer

I just finished my first knuckle rebuild. What a pain in the rear :flipoff2: I was struggling to put the caliper on in the end. The pads were kind of hanging out. I finally got it on but it clamps real hard on the disc and I can barely rotate it Here are some pics. Should I buy a new caliper...

    New 80 series buyer

Hey, Thanks for the information! Not sure about that oil filter. Oil pressure is at 75% when accelerating and 50% at idle. I ordered a new Toyota OEM one (90915-YZZD3) to replace it but haven't received it yet Changing all fluids and oil/fuel filter (I heard fuel filter is a pain in the ass)...
