There shouldn’t be any change from 2001 to 2003. I know the headlight and grill changed in 2003 or 2004. I’m not sure if that affected the hood though

So after trying several fans and combinations, its seems that there is no USDM fan that fits in RHD 100 series. the fan bases are all slightly smaller.
