I would use actual plastic pry tools...or whatever they are made from. Get the non-marring tools from Amazon for a few bucks. The panel was surprisingly easy to pop out with the plastic tool and didn't do any damage.

Every time I ride in a cheap rental with Apple Carplay I wish I had it in my 200. Presently my Nav doesn't work since it spits out the DVD's and the dealer wants $1200 to fix it. Not that I use the Nav anyway but I hate that it doesn't work. But if they could fix the Nav unit and in doing so...

Navigation DVD in the glove box.

Does anyone know how to remove the DVD drive unit from the glovebox of the 2008 LC? Mine is just spitting out the DVD without loading. I get the error message on the screen about Consult to the dealer. I had the car in the dealership to do some minor maintenance and replace a bad parking...

JBHorne, when I have this happen shutting off the vehicle and back on the codes and dash lights do not go away. I have to clear them manually. I have not had it happen in a few thousand miles so keeping my fingers crossed.

Well looks like the joke is on me. My OEM replacement I had put in last December has lasted about 11k miles. It was too dark last night to take a picture but it looks to be a failure in a different location. I will know more later.

I read the WSJ every day (mostly) and I was excited to see the article in Saturday's paper. First thing I read. As I read it I was thinking "where is this going?" and "what's with all the metaphors?" Couldn't we use Rhino instead of Hippo or Pachyderm? (I actually named my old 80 the Rhino)...

Just fyi to follow up on my blown radiator. My indy shop put in an OEM radiator. Labor was $200 so I won't complain. Dave
