OH YEAH!...almost forgot these guys  http://www.toyotafiberglass.com
the high clearance onces get rid of the squared off look and make it more like the first gen fenders....and no need for flares.....maybe the second gen is looking better to me now :bounce::bounce2:
LOL.....I have lots of first gen parts....and am looking at a second gen xtracab.....and am wondering if I can replace the fenders, hood, and grill with first gen ones for a different look....has anyone seen or heard of this?
the body-lines look very similar.....:hhmm:
I've seen first gen boxes on second gen trucks.....the body lines are almost exact.....searched like crazy and can't find any fender, hood, and grill swaps onto a second gen.....I know it might sound foolish....I just prefer the look of the first gen truck....and it would be cool having more leg...
hee hee
there were people behind me on the beach asking me stuff.....are you recording?......can you see anything?.......and yes I was babbling....but there was minimal damage to truck....and hardly any oil (really!)

it's over by here but..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nztg0uykPfY ....oil apparently stays in a truck underwater.....until it flips right side up again
if you can get it real cheap
get it. i have lincoln powermig 180c but sometimes for portability or windy situations would have liked a flux core machine. besides if you get a good deal on it you can always sell it again without getting beat up too badly

Need more input from guys like you....hope that clears up the scenario a bit..... the bank in question is about 60+ feet from any anchoring trees......with about two feet of water out to a small gravel bar
bottom etc.
bottom is "pit run" gravel mix of sand up to six inch rocks.......the truck is upside down front pointing at the bank which is approximate 50 to 60 degree incline
