Precups weren't ported. Increased fuel on the pump. On a long steep hill in fourth (H41), the EGT's will eventually get to 1250-1300 degrees if I keep my foot to the floor. The intercooler is also key to the lower EGT's. My BJ40 was a two year project...started a build thread on MUD but...

The turbo is on a B that I overhauled 18 months ago. Been running the higher boost for close to a year. Bit of an experiment I guess. The EGT's dropped way down once I started boosting more. Nate

I run a T3 turbo/intercooler setup with my B. I boost up to 20 PSI and so far no issues. Definitely wakes the engine up.

Installed the A1-1000 Aisin winch on the BJ. Tested it on the trails on the weekend...works great. Fast and smooth.
