On the outside I was just going to clear coat it and keep it as it is. Not sure what to do on the inside I was thinking to POR-15 in clear to seal it or I can completely repaint it. What do you think?

Take a wire wheel or some fine sand paper and clean the area, Still think your missing a letter in the beginning. Rick

I'm a locksmith in Grand Rapids MI. I have a 1969 FJ40. There should be a letter in front of the code number, It could be a K,R, or S. Did you lose the key or is it just wore out and not working right. If you want pm me with a picture of the code or key and I should be able to cut a new key...

Double checking does the hose run from these 2 spots if so the size would be 12 3/4" . For reference this is a 1969 FJ40 3 on the tree factory engine. Thanks for your help.
