PICK: I bought it at local dealer LEXUS parts department while back, along with extra basic fuses in glove box. My car at 220k runs perfect BUT has that issue which i have to really solve instead of just band aiding it.

In my experience the EFI fuse will need to be pulled put in a fresh fuse, helps to have someone sit in the drivers seat until they see the check engine light up, while you are moving the fuse around for the perfect contact. SUCKS, but it has worked for me couple times.

EFI fuse. I have been stuck and played with the engine fuse and BOOM started right up. The key is to check if you have the CHECK ENGINE light up, if you do, it will start up. It may take a while to play with the dam fuse until it lights up. Good Luck
