I went with 17" American Racing wheels to fit my 37's.

I had a severe death wobble going on with my 6" lifted 80. I replaced all the usual suspects, and still no change. I finally replaced the tires and the death wobble has been gone for 3 years now.

The two drawings below are all I could find. These are the drawings I gave to a waterjet company to cut for me. The bends were made on a friends press brake. I never made drawings for the tire mount or cooler, I made it up as I went along. Good luck!
