Pull up a chair, this will be a long one.
Today, I was laying under the 1993 80 waiting for the slow drip on the oil change to achieve whatever slow cadence I've used over the decades to cue reinstalling the drain bolt. My wife pulled up and I...
So today I removed the OEM trans cooler,,the center support and all associated trans cooler hardware and brackets.
Cut 2 holes for the silicone 90* that enter the engine bay. Trimmed off the center bracket if the apron which holds the turn...
Won’t be using a MAF as the haltech has its own built in MAP sensor with maps…this will help me eliminate the MAF and then rotate my air cleaner lid around so I have a shorter path to the turbo as opposed to the witsend snake I have now
That's @Glenn-BJ74 @Greg_B @gofast and I forget John Voo and Ruwi's mud handles.

I'm running 5W-40 Diesel Engine oil. Currently using Rotella T6 Full Synthetic Diesel Engine, but before that was using Mobil l Turbo Diesel Truck 5W-40. I like those two options for their higher zinc content. I think I'll switch back to the...
I tried one myself...I took it back out. Perspective was too funky for me as a rear view and as mentioned, the arm setup pushes it that much closer to your face. Wearing progressive trifocal glasses doesn't help me for sure...without glasses, I...
So, it is 98% installed, only need to tap into reverse and tidy up the wiring in the quarter panel. Install was easy and I used the Delta arm thingy. I also have a fuse box in the cab that has ACC and always on power, so that helped with the...
