It is a HJ60 winch so now i have 5 gears out and 1 gear in :) . Wonder if it possible to just order the internal wormgears of a late model and replace them so it will be 5 in and 1out ??

No issues at all on low rpm. I do not have the idle upp system either.
You got to be aware that the 12HT has a bit higher idle rpm then a 2H . Cold start is around 900/1000 ,after warming upp around 750.
He should check his cold rpm first...
I understand you took the valve out from the bottom.
If you mount it back and take of the top hose then you can test the valve by slowly pushing it down into the bore .it should return easily without binding. If it binds you can give it a twist...
If I remember correctly there should be a mark on the machined side of the pump. You first picture on the left side ,which can not be seen in that picture.
Yes you can run the alternator without any wire hooked up. Nothing will happen I promise, Better get a wiring diagram to make sure it's connected properly.

I had the same issue with the blue light .. Had the suspicion they used a 12V bulb . So i switch to a spare 24V bulb and that did the trick.
Another prove that the supplier didn't have a clue what they were doing ..........
Making progress i see. If you bridge the 2 connections on the pressure switch you can dry test the function of the switch in combination with the function test of the pump clutch. No need to charge the system for that. Don't start the engine...
