I think everyone got lost in his site.

When I put my block huggers in, the shop had to move my steering box 2 inches to the DS which req'd me to get the F250 shock struts to bring my shocks out farther. I sort of wish I had gotten Rams Horns. They fit perfect.

Hmmmmm....I had replaced the initial one when I bought the cruiser. I had gotten a 100 amp cranker from Summit. Worked fine although I think the shop I took it to wired it strange. I say that because when the engine was cold the alt was warm. I haven't had a battery issue until recently though...

Update. Had to replace my battery (three times) and my alternator (less than a year old) once. Getting a pretty bad drain when left hooked up overnight. It seems the cruiser will run smoother when a new battery is installed. Then over time it'll have a slow turn to start. I have an EZ Wiring...

PO had removed the EGR valve on my 350 SBC intake manifold and blocked it off with ATV sealant and a piece of metal bolting it down using the existing holes. This can't be good. Do I need an intake without the EGR valve?

How much 80-90W does it take to adequately fill up an SM465/NP205 combo?

Update: I finally had the distributor installed and timed (deployment to Iraq) Installed a new Holley carb and I feel the increase in power, however, when i open it up it still sort of chokes like there is that lack of power present. Still don't have the capapbility to perform compression test...

Shoot...maybe someone in the area can take it over.

Ok this might sound funny but my battery is grounded to the bolt on the fuel pump. When I installed a entirely new wire harness I put the neg side of the battery on the fuel pump bolt where I "believe" it was before I replaced the wiring.

Fuel...when I manually pull the accelerator I see fuel dripping into the carb (shouldn't it be spraying?) Compression...it starts after a little bit. Spark...ditto from the last one. I've always been having some issues with the starting. It sits for a day and it has a hard time coming around and...

My Chevy 350 doesn't start. New dist cap, coil, plugs, wires, rotor, module. New carb. New wiring harness. It turns at a pretty efficient rate but nothing fires.
