I went with the vegan leather, pleather, vinyl, whatever they are calling it these days. For two front seats, it was $1500. Keep in mind, this was about 3-4 years ago, prices may have gone up. Real leather was way more expensive, I don't remember...
There is a shop in Concord that does upholstery work for TLC.
I had them recover the seats in my Tacoma and 100 series, and a new shift boot for the Pickup.

Luke got the Patrol reassembled and it’s back to being a runner - and this time on all 6 cylinders. The new Nissan forklift distributor replaced the original crusty one that was the source of our problems.
If they’ll let you inspect it, there is a 3 inch square cover just under the right cylinder head on the timing cover. Unscrew it and you’ll be looking right at the main chain tensioner. The plunger on a maintained 1 gr will be sticking out...
