Here it is, a little grungy in back right corner, but im pretty sure it would clean up fine. I do also have the top mat in very good shape as well. There is an oak door cards, but the vinyl is in poor shape.

Heh...it's not that different than fixing rust! But man my back does hurt... Ya i had a 200 yr old house for 20 years...hand- dug , wheelbarrowed out, bout 70 yrs worth of porcupine s*** out of 5 foot dirt basement...literally four feet deep...
