I did all that you mentioned above. I don't see anything obvious of why that roller would come out of the channel other than the channel needs to be moved ro the right as mentioned above. Thanks for your response.
Quick WAG. Channel holding glass has slid on glass causing roller to extend beyond channel end. Fix: reposition glass in channel to position correctly so roller does not roll out at full extension.
What would cause this green roller to jump out of the window roller channel? The symptom of this was that the window wouldn’t roll all the way up. Once I got into the door, I was able to put this roller back into the channel and the window work...
