I put it all back together and oiled with GM Supercharger oil that has been in my tool box, triple bagged, for the last 15 years.
Spun it a bunch and she's tight. No noises or wobble.
Must have been damage prior to last rebuild. I'll reinstall...
I’ve got 150,000 miles on my TRD SC. I’ve serviced every 50,000 miles, with the last service 5,000 miles ago when we rebuilt my 1FZ-FE at 250,000 miles.
Vario F is the seat. I didn’t want heating or cooling, but it comes with integrated heating. I wanted seats as light, simple, and mechanical as possible.

Got done with “phase one” of my drawer system. The space in the back is for a second battery that will be coming soon ish.
Of course after everything was assembled and in the truck I realized I mounted the drawer slide mirrored. And after...

I feel it didn't helped for me- but i don't have an ambient engine temp sensor to really know. I installed them 2 weeks ago and i also have hood risers.
Fyi....shouldnt help/effect ECT. Only to help the heat in the engine bay to escape.
Still got some more hacking to do with the brackets for it to sit a bit more flush, but, its in!
I need to play with the colors a bit more to find what matches better
