I'm back. Mission 100 was a success. Long two days. Two more amazingly clean Saudi trucks. Meshal killed it again.
Red was even impressed (rare)
I got them unloaded and turned back on the 80. The front axle is almost rebuilt with OEM...
Today I swapped out the Saudi installed Dobinsons springs and yeller shocks for stock height coils and IMS shocks. Air Lift 1000 bags in the rear
12 way stabilizer.
Sits pretty level now.
I knew what you were saying. All good. It's here. Someone will want it. Only reason it's getting sold is I have a Saudi 100 nine days out. Can't keep them all. But i will versus giving it away.
I think people miss understood my point.
We’re going through a market correction right now. Money isn’t flowing like it used to real estate listings are being dropped by the hundreds of thousands.
Yes, there will always be people who can afford...
Having just been through the import and refresh process with @Meshal and @wngrog it is time consuming and expensive. But these gentlemen do it right from start to finish. This truck is a great value, done by professionals both here and overseas...
FYI Based on our experience and observations, the Cruisers that Meshal selects demonstrate that he maintains very high standards in what he offers to his clients. We have a real gem and are very happy with it.
Possibly of greater...
Two samples that have been sold lately.
FZJ75 1997 was so lovely that we sold it locally. You are looking at a period-correct, original body with original stripes. No paint or anything like that. This one was about to be sold to a U.S. client...
Just wanted to chime in to let the collective know I’m the new owner of this FZJ75. Thanks to @wngrog for the fantastic build. I’ll be updating this thread with my continuation of this vehicles journey. First off will be dialing in the dampers...
We stopped at the visitor center and the grabbed some decent Mexican food at Chak Ballum in Torrey then we bailed out into Dixie National Forest.
We found a campsite at 10,580' by a lake. Unreal. Another awesome 200 mile off road day
We had to backtrack 30+ miles but it was different scenery going that direction
At the crossroads we hit the road south to Hite Crossing.
We had to get gas for some and we went south to Ticaboo. I ran all of that from Green River to Doll...
The thick pyle carpet was offered in some markets, I think it was with the VX trim but not certain on that - someone will correct me. I've pulled it out of trucks from Japan and the Middle East.
