The plastic window trim - been looking nasty for a while - found some cheap replacements on eBay. Look pretty decent - will have to rattle can the rear strip for some reason they are silver - 70 bucks

Yeah as @baldilocks said, just flip the drive shaft. If I recall the nuts/bolts are 14mm. After installing the DL, you will want to re-torque it after a few hundred miles.
