Hey guys, been around for a while and looking. Found a good deal on a GX. What do you think?

I just paid $8150 for an 05 w/KDSS and 179k with minor body damage. Under $8k at 103k is really cheap.

Haha yup.

any suggestions or things I should look out for?

look for worn wheel bearings. My truck had 106K on it when I bought it and it had a complete dealer history as well. It did not appear to be abused but both front wheel bearings were bad. I changed them out with blue pit units and all is well.

The guy is just being really hard to work with. I've seen and driven the car twice and we've agreed on a price but he wont/cant make the time to finish the deal. idk what the problem is but have my fingers crossed it happens today!

if not this one, I found another cherry one, white/tan with 73k miles 04 no nav for $10k. But again, this guy is being hard to work with also. *reminding me of BMW drivers* hehehe. (I've had BMWs and this is replacing my '10 X5 Diesel lol)

If you don't end up finding one, call Sasa at LeksFixIt in Tempe and ask him to let you know if he has one for sale (feel free to tell him Josh from NJ referred you). I bought my last GX from him and he took very good care of me (re-booted a leaking CV, had the vehicle detailed, had Lexus do an alignment, and ran it through emissions prior to sale).

So you paid too much. It's worth every penny if you love it. That's why I'll never sell mine, because it's not worth what it would take for me to sell it.
