I love the color and condition and its a “fair” price but for $6-7K more you can pick up 16 with similar miles.

What are your thoughts on a LC/LX that has been through an auction?
One LX I am looking is listed as 1-owner on the carfax and autocheck but at was at an auction in early January, then in late March with mileage listed and then in late April without the mileage listed.
Before the two auctions in March and April, it was listed for sale at a Toyota dealer and sent to auction in early January.
Wouldnt a large toyota dealer have an easy time selling an LX?

I'm looking at selling my wife's 2015 Land Cruiser. I bought it used but with roughly 3500 miles. It now has about 92,300 miles on it. The previous owner bought it in Jackson, Ms. It has never been off road and basically it was used to take kids to school and up and down Interstate 55. It has your basic wear and tear on it but nothing major. I just had leather, carpets steamed and cleaned, etc. The LC is 100% stock with 275/65/18 Michelin LTX AT2 tires (and have loved them). We have our 3rd child due on May 1 and are possibly looking to get something with more room and more functionality. We have loved it and never had any issues with it. Its time for the wife to get a new car. I don't like car payments so looking at selling the 200. Its been a great vehicle, but financially its going to work out better if i drive her old car for a few years after she gets her Tesla.
Its a 2009 with 139k, Dark Grey Metallic and Grey Leather. Below are some of the additional details.
3rd Owner, Vehicle was CPO for second owner and had a 100k warranty. During that time, aside from oil and brakes the water pump was done around 70k and the mirrors around 90k. He also paid to have oem shocks installed around 100k and BFG K02's around 114k.
Since my ownership i have done the following.

Posts up 60 high resolution photos of every square inch of the vehicle, but interestingly, none of the undercarriage.
So I call him and request photos, which he excitedly tells me he will take and send over to me immediately as he is right next to the vehicle.
8 hours later I get these photos of this sewer rats artwork clearly showing a rust bucket that has been rattle-canned.
I ignore the vehicle and move on.
He messages me today asking if I'm interested and when I would like to come in and finalize the paperwork. I proceed to laugh it off and inform him that the ruse was insufficient.
Although the evidence is plain to see - not posting photos of the undercarriage from the start and...
Have two options available to me:
2008 LC with 115k -$23k
2010 LX with 115k - $23k
both are in very comparable condition. No if not very minimal undercarriage rust. Is the LC worth the same for being two years older? I know a lot of it may be preference between the two (I am biased since I have a 100 series LC). Just looking for some thoughts as I have been going back and forth between the two for a week now.

What do you all think about the state of the undercarriage? I’m fairly comfortable for now, but I also don’t want to miss anything that the experts would easily identify.
This one owner Lexus LX570 was sourced from Texas in December 2019 and arrived in Maine just before January 2020.
This LX570 has been dealer maintained since new and comes with all maintenance records to date. Not a single service interval has been missed since day-one.
The exterior is finished in Mercury Metallic, which has held up very well. There are subtle scratches, rock chips and small dings scattered throughout various panels. The most notable imperfections can be found on the fuel fill door, which are comprised of a series of small dings.
