For Sale 1987 FJ60 West Georgia Area

I bought this Cruiser and dropped a few bucks into it thinking my son would enjoy it when he turned 16. Turns out I'm the only one who likes it and I can't afford it.
I know how much I have put into this vehicle but I'm not 100% sure how to value it. I'm asking $10,000. If I'm way off I'm sorry. With the amount of work and money that has been put into this Cruiser I think it's a pretty good deal.
Original 2F V6 w/ 188K miles, 4 speed manual trans., 2nd owner, ZERO rust, professional paint and body (fresh paint).
Within the past year the following has been done:
-New Iron Man suspension kit (light/medium)...the whole 9 yards
-Tune-up including plugs, wires, and belts
-All new brake lines and brakes w/master cylinder
-New water pump
-Cold AC
-New muffler and tail pipe
