LED dome modules coming to an end

Hi Guys,
as many of you know the maplight modules I use to make are all gone and I won't be making more since I ran out of the custom aluminium plates I had made.

Well, I'm also going to stop making dome modules. I bought my last batch of 50 Seoul LEDs and I have 41 modules left as of this instant that I can build and when they are gone, that's all she wrote...

They take quite a bit of labour to assemble and test... I just don't have the time any more to build them and so I've drawn my line in the sand and when I've sold out of this batch that's it.

So, not to sound like I'm trying to sell them off, they do sell on their own, I figure I may as well give a heads up to folk that have it one their list that "one of these days I should get some of those george_tlc LEDs" that you may not want to wait toooo much longer

IF I have to, I'll make a few more to take care of this last 'rush' of orders.

Probably the easiest for me will just say that I'll accept orders up to and including Monday (17 Nov 2k8) to give folk a chance to get them if they don't have mud access on the w/end.

So, that becomes my 2nd line in the sand

Seems like a lot of procrastinators are coming out of the woodwork all of a sudden...

I'll have to get my kids busy assembling things for me, maybe they can 'earn' their xmas presents this year

Edit: Ok, got the kids working, cutting and stripping the teflon wire for connecting the LEDs to the driver board...

LOL!! Child labor!

I've always been curious about your LED's and this just might give me an excuse to take the plunge.

I'll check out your site again (Haven't done so in ages!) and maybe get in touch with you before the line in the sand is permanent!

It's great that you're able to teach the importance (and maybe pleasure) of working while they're young! (I wish I (can) do the same with mine.)
