Looks like a non removable top FJ 45 with a new front clip on it.
Kirt from Cruiser Outfitters had a FJ 45 Top Panel in the for sale section.
It's an HJ-45 or HJ-47. Doesn't make much difference which as the only real difference is the motor anyway (H vs 2H) if the diesel has been swapped for a 2F.
D'animal: those vent window doors were not available in the US. But other markets got the late model doors with the wing windows until 1984 IIRC. Look at the molding along the door handle, you'll see it's identical to, say, a '79 FJ-40, the only difference in the door being the wing vent.
Fixing that rain gutter depends on if you can do bodywork or not, or are willing to get it done.

all the 45 series utes have removable roofs and can be replaced with fibre glass panels
I thought the non removable tops were from the early 1960's on swb rigs?
Not sure that is a SWB, hard to tell with the tray back.
My guess is it is late model, 1980 sound right. Look for bondo were the seam should be, regular rust point that might have been "fixed" with bondo.
What is it worth?
May I ask what "seam" you are talking about?
