August has seen a bit of progress on the 80. I completed the knuckle rebuild with the marlin seals, and Longfield UHMWW wiper replacement. I also got a set of OEM JDM wheels and got a set of 305-70x16 tires. The tires are Hankook Dynapro AT/M's. I could not resist checking for rubbing in the wells, so I used the hills in my back yard as a test ramp. No rubbing while sitting on the bump stops. I am not a big fan of running capless on the wheels, so I picked up a set of cheap chrome 4 1/2 generic caps, and stumbled onto the TRD International cap stickers on EBAY. Here are some pics.
