Extended Anti-Inversion Shackles for the 8/1980+ 4x/5x/6x/7x Series Leaf Spring
Looking for a bit more height out of your existing suspension setup? These will bump your suspension height 5/8"-3/4" depending on your current shackle application. These offer a pin-to-pin height of 115mm (4.5"), which is 25-40mm taller than most stock and aftermarket shackle options. These have heavy duty 9.5mm zinc plated side plates and greasable shackle pins. These are built and zinc coated here in Utah and assembled @ Cruiser Outfitters.
For example, stock FJ60 front is 75mm pin-to-pin and stock FJ60 rear is 85mm pin-to-pin. Adding these will give you:
Front (115-75mm/2) = 20mm, so approx 3/4" of increased height on the front
Rear (115-85mm/2) = 15mm, so approx 5/8" of increased height on the rear
Have Old Man Emu or Dobinsons greasable anti-inversion shackles? Adding these will give you:
Front: (115-80mm/2) = 17.5mm, so approx 11/16" of increased height on the front
Rear: (115-90mm/2) = 12.5mm, so approx 1/2" of increased height on the rear
