I spotted this crazy guy in a Prius swinging his arms and waving at me on the way to work this morning
I had to go like 84 mph to catch up to you to take a picture, which is considerable in a Prius, btw !!
License plate 'Tailspin' Lexus 80 on spring garden today. Gave a thumbs up in my daily.
Man I want one of these so bad!!
That was my daughter in the 80 series. now I get to find out where she was going. lol
On McKee and the Siskey Parkway around 2 today, stock very good looking (green) 80
Driving north on 220 earlier and saw my old 87 turbo pickup, made my day! The guy that bought it is somewhat local but I haven't seen it in 3 years. Not fast enough with the camera for a pic but I have an old one for the sake of posterity.
Sunday On fort fisher. ARBs front and rear. Also saw a tan 60 around Carolina beach. but no picture.
Really nice Black 80/Lexus (hard to tell) heading down Grandover Parkway around lunchtime today. No pic, but it looked like a mudder's truck for sure.
Stopped by CVS in Oak Ridge on my way home and parked beside a sweet solid axle mini truck. While I was looking it over the owner came out, she said her 91 year old uncle gave it to her and he bought it new. It was a 84 and only had 91000 miles on it. It wasn't perfect but it was really clean.
Spotted a nice white 62 in Dilworth. It's for sale on CL for a pretty penny ($15.5).
Ashleigh said "we could use 2 60s right?" when we were looking at it. She loved the white paint. She also said she'd probably buy a 40 if she saw one for sale in person... now to find a local one we can just "happen" upon that has a v8 and auto already set up.
Also spotted @NCNole driving pappy around Sunday night in South End. Missed a picture though

I was not a fan of the TH350 transmission due to having no overdrive until I saw it has 3.70 rear end gears which would be perfect for highway use.
