Yes, it will .

The 1mm thickened version is not needed for LX470 key. I used hotel room key to fill up the spaces created by the extra 1mm cavity. I think Toyota/Lexus 3 Button Remote Key Case/Shell by petropixel - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1764517 should work better.
