I swear, I tried searching first.
My intermittent wiper doesn't work. It used to work, but would make this winding/screeching noise, so I took the relay apart, cleaned it, wiped it, and greased it, but it still doesn't work. I tried another relay, and it still doesn't work. I went out of my way to buy another steering column control, but it still doesn't work. I replaced all the fuses; all were in good shape. I have those fancy glowing Littelfuse ones. I asked ChatGPT for help, and it spewed a bunch of nonsense about a "Toyota wiper intermittent amplifier FJ60," and that goes to show how desperate I'm getting.
What is this? What else can I try?
Edit: the low and high both work just fine.
