Yankee Toys Club Member Calendar for 2009

I was thinking about making up a calendar with trail rigs from the club. This would also serve as a small fundraiser for the club as well.

Please post up if you would be interested. Cost would be between $15-20. Need a minimum order of 20 to go forward.

Each month will be chosen by your votes. You can nominate yourself or other members trucks. After a set period of time I will post up all pics that have been submitted and who gets the big photo for each month will be determined by your voting. All other photos will be included but in smaller sizes.

Okay,

We've got some great response so far so let's go ahead with this.

As the Fall Gathering is our big event for the club photos must be taken during the 2008 FG. No limit on number of trucks in photos; can be taken during a run. Photos can be still shots or action. Front page will be the group shot that we do each year. Once photos are submitted they will posted in the forum to be voted on. Top 12 will be the featured monthly photos.

Sheri is communicating with a photographer who may come to the campground and be available for poser shots. She is still working it. Not sure where this is going, but I want some models similar to what's on the CCOT posters.

The 2008 Fall Gathering is over and it is time to submit your photos for the calendar. Please include your name and details about the truck or trucks that are in the photo you are submitting. You can submit your truck or other club members.

Email your pics to efbecker@comcast.net Cut off date will be October 19th. I will upload all pictures to MUD to be voted on. The top 12 vote getters will be the featured months. I will use all other photos on a space available basis. Remember....photos must be from the 2008 Fall Gathering. The cover shot will be the group shot that was taken on Saturday by Tim Korade.

Calendars will be $18 which includes shipping.

I'd like to have the photos emailed to me to keep things more controllable. There are a large number of photos posted and not all are ones we would necessarily put into the calendar. By having individuals select their owns photos to be voted on later it keeps the number of photos to use in voting later to a smaller number.

It also helps keep me sane
