Anyone coming up to Montreal?

I could use a ride for an old top (top, 2 side panels, bi-fold door) and one old rim...would like to find another. These are in CT.

Just drop me a pm. Thanks

Dean, I'm going to PA hopefully next month, just in case someone from that way is going up. ;)

Maybe connect with someone from CT at the Fall Gathering in NH in October?

Well, won't be able to make it this fall. Anyone coming up to MTL? How about a shipping relay?

I could get them to Burlington, vt if someone wants to meet somewhere. I go to the sourthern part of the state often.

We are getting closer!!! :bounce:

Thanks Dave...I'll see if I can swing a ride for the top to your place, then maybe Rabid can pick them up as he drives by. Burlington is pretty darn good :)

I visit my father in Pittsburgh regularly.

The sides & door should fit in the 60, not sure about the top.

If we can figure out what to do with the top, maybe we can make it work.

Let me know.

I know Randy (82cruiser) is driving up to Wally's place in Southern VT soon. Anyone going from CT to Boston?

Thanks, I'll drop him a PM.

So far so good from Dave's place up to Champlain NY, now if I can find that missing link from CT...hopefully Randy has some space.

I'm going to CT tomorrow but I'm driving back in a mustang.

Mustang, no problem...I think I heard that Fox drove the top on his Golf...ironically enough all the way from Albany ;)

Well, I just got a PM from Randy, and it's too much of a jump out of his way, and he's still trying to figure something out to help...very nice guy:beer:

So...anyone one going from around Middletown CT up to around Windsor in central VT?

what about a moving company? maybe if it's broken down it can be strapped to the insides of the truck?

Thought about that, and it's always an option. We are even looking into making a crate for it, as I would hate for someone to step on this decades old fiberglass top...would make me feel a whole lot better knowing it was in the hands of decent mud folk.

Had it been any other year I would have come down myself, and visit with family, but just way too much on my plate right now.

So far Randy is close, but yet just a little too far, so I'm just short from CT to souther VT...maybe even half way would be good...say CT to mid Mass. We'll keep looking, as I would like to get it before the fall if possible.

Hey, if mud ship is not possible, then I'll look at the rest of my options, but wanted to really try here first.

Thanks!
