Chassis is welded out.

I'll set the ride height tomorrow and get the axle angles where I want them and weld out all the axle brackets and links.

That is some top-shelf work!
Are you planning on keeping the stock 107.5 inches wheelbase or extended the body to make it 112.5"?

Ths is a custom 60 chassis, nothing to do with 80 series dimensions. Not sure why 112.5 is being brought up.

So... Will be to 60 specs to start. I may extend the arms and inch to give a little extra clearance for the 35s.

Fair enough.

Saturday morning progress. Built the axles for the 60 series production chassis.

Trail Tailor custom built housings with inner seals and 4130 CrMo knuckle balls, Trail Tailor FF e-brake shields with new internals, 4.10 gears, Eaton E-lockers front and rear, Trail Tailor 4340 rear FF shafts, RCV 30 spline 300M front shafts/birfs, New Aisin freewheels, PowerBrake Stage 2 2-piece rotors and 6 piston calipers, Koyo bearings, ALBs with Baja Designs S1 spots.

@Butt Ugly Chuck came by to help me move vehicles around in the paint shop and take the Studebaker to the paint shop.

Set the body on the chassis this morning.

Should lower down about perfect with all the weight I need to still add. Figure about 2" drop in rear and 4" in the front. Looking for a .75-1.00" rake when finished.

Stretched out at 108.75" wheelbase.

LS3 Erod with 2.9L Whipple, TR4050, HF2A, front and rear bumpers, 130# rear bumper mounted spare, sliders, dual batteries, skid plates, 45 gallon of fuel, small rear storage box, seats, console, interior cargo roost rack.

@Butt Ugly Chuck came by for a couple hours this morning and helped me assemble the drivetrain and get it dry fit.

Now to tear it all apart, powder coat it and get to building this beast.

Stance it almost perfect, right at a 1" rake.
