Xpel armor- Peel N stick bed liner?

I've been wanting to yank my flares and do bedliner on my 80 from the line above the door handles down.

But I don't quite have the balls to go full send trail torpedo on this rig. It's kinda my baby - lotsa sentimental memories so I like keeping it nice.

This product could be a good middle ground as I could put the flares back on and easily pull it off, yet it would offer good protection. Any experiences?

A 20'x12” role is $100, so for $250 or so I could do the whole car with plenty to spare.

Their 20x5 ft is $287. That would certainly be easier than layering one foot sections.
