Hey, I know this is probably a stretch on a Toyota offroad forum, but I really want a fzj80. I’ve always wanted a Toyota truck since I’ve had my licence so I’m taking my chance now at trying to get one. What I have here is a 2001 impreza coupe, this is the last year Subaru made coupes and this one is fully loaded with rare leather interior, white exterior, compass pack. Bassically this is one of the most sought after subarus, top of the line model in 2001. whats special about this car is that subarua never imported turbo coupes to the US. Therefore this car has been swapped with a 04 wrx engine. This is not some ghetto turbo kit that is unreliable, but a full swap of a factory Subaru engine, ecu, and wiring harness performed by one of the best Subaru shops In the country. What this means is that you have a rare impreza RS coupe with factory Subaru reliability, modability(all wrx mods work on this car) will pass an obdII emissions inspection( something jdm swaps cant) and has A/C!!(something most swaps don’t keep. You can check their website atwww.eastcoastswappers.comto see what a swap like this cost and their work. If your interested I would be more then happy to explain to you what makes this car so special/ appealing. This car is roughly 400-500lbs lighter then a STI and more powerful. It put down 292awhp on the dyno, stock wrx’s put down about 170awhp and STI’s put down about 240awhp. This car is loaded with expensive and rare JDM parts. Overall I would say about $20k plus in modifications (definetly more, I will calculate later) in a car that, in stock form, is worth somewhere around 10k. I have lots more to say but they can be answered one-on-one with those interested.
What im looking for is a fully built FZJ80, in clean condition, no body damage. I want it to be daily driveable (as it will be)and be able to clear 35’s, armored, lockers ect. I want it to be as nicely built as my Subaru, that means quality parts, no corners cut. I want it to perform well pretty much. Hopefully I something fully outfitted that is of equal value. Something with a engine swap or supercharger would be even better. Hopefully there is a rig out there clean enough for an equal trade but I will also take a lesser vehicle plus cash. Thanks!

Vehicle Condition:
Car has been very well taken care of and garaged all its life during my ownership, clean title, never been in any accidents. Front and Rear Bumper have been freshly repainted, these were the two problem spots on the car imo, i take great care of my cars. Car has no CELs, car has no CATS but the CEL has been deleted from the ECU so you will have no problems passing an obdII inspection, very solid car. Complete engine swap wiring done at ECS in MA.
Mainteance:
front rotors, pads, and calipers have less then 3k miles on them. Only use 93 octane shell gas, oil changed Atleast every 3k miles usually less. engine modifications all have less then 1k miles since installation. Overall car is in great shape, needs nothing, no flaws. It was my daily driver and did a great job at it.
