WTB- Tailgate hinge

i need a taigate hinge for a 71 piggy- the part that has the torsion bar to slow down the tailgate as it is lowering- also 3 of the pillips head bolts the attach this to the post. see pic

fwiw I picked up identical bolts at my local Ace hardware, zinc coated and brandy new for about $.40 a piece. Let me know if you have trouble finding them and I'll mail some to you.

do you need both the male and female? the whole torsion rod? I've got one complete female and one female minus the torsion rod both from early 70's not sure I can save the screws.
