No, it's in the same shape, as the one you have. Paul

The steel looks good on that bent up section. I'd clean it up with a grinder, tack on some big washers and use a come-a-long to pull it back out. Some hammering an dollying and you'll be close enough to finish it out with a bit of bondo...prime..and paint.
