WTB: hand crank starter

I am looking for a crank starter (actually all of the gear that goes under the rear seat).

I assume the hand crank is also what is used to raise and lower the spare?

Correct. I have heard that these are still available from Toyota. I might have one or two spares if you can't find one closer.

So are there different jack handles for the FJ55 over the years?

I pickup up a set of handles out of a early FJ55. They are different than the ones from the FJ40. They were still in the bottom of the back seat and fit perfect in the notches in the seat. I also picked up the jack clamp since it the same one needed for the FJ45LP-B.

Also you will notice SOR shows the tire carrier handle as different for 79 and 80 FJ55 models. These are 155MMs longer than earlier one. I got one of these because I plan on using it in my FJ45 with a aftermarket bumper and figured I could use the extra length.
