WTB Front Door Top Hinge

Need one desperately! Body shop about done with the resto and trying to get everything put back together. We tried and tried to adjust but have finally given up and need new hinges for the front passenger door. I can order a reman lower from SOR but need an upper as they do not have any......

I vaguely remember someone saying you could use a passenger side one, it'll be upside down, or search for a thread on rebuilding your hinge, drilling out the body of the hinge and using a bushing.
