WTB: 1978 FJ55 Heater Fan housing.

Are you talking about the housing that bolts to the firewall that holds the fan? I probably have one and can check this weekend. One of my pigs has an aftermarket A/C unit and I think they left the fan on the firewall and the OEM heater fan isn't being used.

Since I'm trying to piece two pigs together, let me check both of them to see what I've got.

Correct. The fan housing with the motor that bolts to the firewall inside the engine bay. The one for the '78 55 had a broken housing for huge chunks missing. As well as the fan being toast.

I only have the one from the old '73 body. Its the wrong bolt pattern and does not fit in the location.

Well its been snowing for the past couple of days... mot to much at the moment but I no longer have a garage so I have to work out in the elements.

I would even take a broken one or even some of the housing so I am able to piece together a housing to place a fan into.

I am outside Philly....the box with the pig bits is in Portland, Oregon. I got peeps in Portland that usually show up on Tuesdays and could grab the bits. Otherwise my next trip to Portland is looking like 2nd week of December....u prob want before then to get warm.
 
I'll see if i can get some pics of it if the crew will be on site Tuesday and post them up. I removed it from the firewall...I don't recall any issues other than dirt...but it has been in that box a while so best to give it a looksee.
