Let that be a reminder of the deal you scored. Be sure to show the better half when ever she complains about that "old truck" of yours:lol:

I was wondering about that pitting or kinda un-finished look to the frame as well. Looks like they just primed & painted the frame. I'm not restorer but for that kind of money, wouldn't you at least skim some filler/bondo before primer?

Has anyone been able to save any of the pictures? Must have some kind of block on. Trying save the pictures of the spare tire carrier and seats. I know someone in Canada should have this spare tire carrier but being the it is -15 here in AZ it will probably be a liitle while until it gets warm enough up to be crawling under a vehicle in Canada.

I was able to save pics of tire carrier and seats. Can email them to you if you like. Let me know.

Thanks for the picture. Looks like it centered over the perch for the rear shackles. How is the carrier attached to the frame? Can't tell if it's to the bottom or the top of the frame.

Got the emails thanks. Only can look at them on phone until I get back to town.

I agree with mANFREDI. Are you talking about the one in Ft Collins? Outta my league but certainly appears to be a fair price.

Tough Crowd.

This sure is a tough crowd. Most of us are smart enough to know our cars or trucks are our passions and in most cases cannot get all our hard work and money out of them when it comes time to sell. This truck seems to have been professionally restored and knowing what parts and labor costs I could see how they could escalate to 10's of thousands. Personally, I think this looks like a beautiful truck and would love to see it whether I could afford it not. Respectfully to the owner of this truck best wishes in your sale.

It sure looks nice but since I would never stand in line to pay that much I'll just nit-pick it like we get to do in a 'Net forum.

I'd believe someone charged that much for the restoration, but the "right buyer" would have to come along to pay anywhere near that asking price. The "right buyer" would mean someone who doesn't know what the market for Land Cruisers is or more importantly, doesn't care.

For that much money, IMO, the frame should look better and the steering wheel should at least match the model year. Otherwise, really good looking truck. Well, except for that green bed topper, I guess.

its clean.. but some people need a reality check a new 70 series pickup is only about 36k....
